APG’s experienced and dedicated staff walks your project through our order process from initial meeting to job completion. Communication, attention to detail, double and triple checks are all part of APG’s process.

APG Project Team: Our sales and design staffs will consult with you to make sure you get what you want, when you want it, and within your budget. APG’s knowledgeable staff will discuss all options with you until the right solution is identified for your specific work environment.

APG Purchasing: Our purchasing department will process your order, and track it with the manufacturer. All orders are verified and ship dates are confirmed to ensure you get what you ordered, when you wanted it.

APG Installation Team: Our installation team will coordinate all schedules to meet your delivery expectations. Our experienced crew will deliver and install your office furniture exactly as planned.

APG Customer Satisfaction Manager (CSM): This person works for you! Our CSM will contact you after installation to clear up any open issues that may have arisen. The CSM will visit your site and perform a detailed walk-thru to make sure everything was installed per APG’s high standards, and yours! The CSM will make sure any open issues are resolved in a timely manner, and keep you updated throughout this final step of the process.

APG Satisfaction Survey: After completion of your job, the CSM will send you a Customer Satisfaction Survey via e-mail. Every customer receives a survey. If you order 1 chair, or 100 workstations, we want to hear from you.
