Project Management
Our Project Management team provides you, our customer, with the attention to detail that assures you that your project will be handled with appropriate documentation and efficiency. From concept to completion, our Project Managers serve as an extension of your staff.
Our Project Managers:
- Assist with furniture specification
- Develop ongoing communications with customers, architects, and other contractors
- Attend project construction meetings
- Are responsible for all field verifications
- Are responsible for final review of all installation documents
- Communicate with furniture manufacturers & track product ship dates
- Work with our install team to schedule furniture delivery and installation
- Work with our Customer Satisfaction Manager on all job completion issues
Your project is managed through the teamwork of our Project Managers working with your Account Manager, Designer and our Customer Satisfaction Manager to ensure on time and hassle free results.
